Personal information of Dan Campbell leaked amid Lions-Cowboys controversy

It is safe to infer that Dan Campbell did not have a nice Saturday night.
His Detroit Lions were the target of a contentious call, which contributed to their 20-19 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The bizarrely called penalty may have lost the Lions a shot at the NFC’s No. 2 seed. Despite Saturday’s misfortune, it appears that some talented workers in Michigan wanted to ensure Campbell had a better Sunday as the new year began.

Dan Campbell takes blame for another ugly Lions loss

During the NFL on Fox Sunday pregame program, commentator Jay Glazer reported that he spoke with Campbell that morning, and that the latter informed him that he had told his players to “move on” from Saturday’s loss and vent their fury.
Campbell also claimed during the chat that his home location had been given to a group of contractors who arrived at his house that morning to offer their services without his authorization.

Someone gave out his information and brought a group of professionals to his house early in the morning to wake him up so they could replace his garage, driveway, and front gate,” Glazer explained. “Leave Dan Campbell alone, people.” According to Glazer, Campbell was not upset with the revelation of his information in this case.

While being the receiver of some offered skilled work may not have bothered, his dissatisfaction at the conclusion of the Lions-Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium was palpable.

Lions left tackle Taylor Decker seemed to catch a go-ahead 2-point conversion pass with 23 seconds remaining in Saturday night’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, giving Detroit a 21-20 lead. Then, about 30 seconds after the play, officials flagged Decker for ineligible touching, despite Decker having reported to referee Brad Allen as an eligible receiver before to the play.
Instead, the official indicated that Dan Skipper had reported as qualified. Campbell, Decker, and Skipper, coupled with a plethora of visual evidence, contradict Allen’s account of the incident. After the game, Allen reiterated his account in the Cowboys-Lions pool report.
