West Ham will need to find a further £3 million to sign winger Ibrahim Osman, as Tim Steidten works quickly to finalize the deal for Mohammed Kudus’ compatriot.

According to initial reports, West Ham offered the Danish club a £15 million deal, including bonuses. However, this bid fell short, and other English clubs are now competing for the 19-year-old winger. As a result, Nordsjaelland is asking £18 million plus bonuses, as well as a cut of any future revenues from the Ghanaian player’s transfer.

Osman joined Nordsjaelland in January 2023 from Ghana’s Right to Dream Academy. While the Danish club had no intention of selling him at first, satisfying their demands could mean cashing in on his transfer this month.

With Steidten anxious to sign the attacker, it remains to be seen whether West Ham will make a better bid. But with Brentford and Brighton sniffing around, we need to act swiftly.
