Pierce Wants ‘to be the Best Raider Coach of All Time’.

Las Vegas Raiders Coach Antonio Pierce marked a watershed moment in his life when he was named the Raiders’ full-time head coach, but he’s only getting started. As interim head coach this past season, Pierce demonstrated that he will give his all to the job”I’m good with being AP, man,” Pierce remarked. “AP is good without being the head coach. I was a good linebacker coach.

“And I was determined to be the best damn linebacker coach I could be. That was my goal. Now that I’m the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, my ambition is to be the best Raider coach in history.Will I get it? I do not know. F—, guy, I’m striving for it, and I want the players to do the same.

“That’s what Maxx [Crosby] tells me every day: ‘I want to be the greatest Raider of all time — Step 1.'” I want to be a world champion (Step 2), a Hall of Famer (Step 3), and the best of all time (Step 4).”I want men like that around me. Davante Adams does the same thing.
“I understand, ‘AP, you’re talking about the one percent of the one percenters. But, guy, what are we striving for?Why are we doing so much work? Why are we performing push-ups? Why are we sitting here discussing this today? “Because you all want to be the greatest at what you do. “There is no difference.” From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be hosted in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The NFL Draft will take place in Detroit, Michigan, on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders presently have the 13th overall pick.
