Bove moved through his boyhood club’s youth divisions before making his senior debut in May 2021 under Jose Mourinho. After making 13 appearances in 2021-22, he saw his playing time improve throughout the course of the season. Bove appeared in 33 competitive games during the 2022–23 season, including 22 in the Italian top flight.

The 21-year-old has already participated in 32 appearances this season, scoring one goal and assisting twice. According to the report, the two English teams have been tracking Bove’s progress as they consider whether to pursue a deal during the summer transfer window.

The Cherries are reportedly considering adding to their current central midfield options, which include Lewis Cook, Alex Scott, Philip Billing, and Tyler Adams. Meanwhile, if West Ham do not pursue a permanent deal for Manchester City loanee Kalvin Phillips, the club may need to strengthen in the middle of the park.

While Bove may be drawing interest from the Premier League, Roma is under no obligation to sell their academy product.

The kid signed a new contract with the Giallorossi in December, extending his tenure until the summer of 2028.

With Bove under contract for the next four years, Roma would allegedly require a substantial offer before considering selling the Italy Under-21 international.

Bove is currently focused on aiding Roma on the pitch, with the Italian team in sixth position in Serie A and in the Europa League’s round of 16.
