Oleksandr Zinchenko is reportedly getting interest from Bayern Munich and Newcastle United.
The left-back is an essential figure in his position at Arsenal, and his signing helped the club send Kieran Tierney out on loan, cementing Zinchenko as one of their most vital players.
Despite having multiple injury issues, the former Manchester City player remains a frequent starter for Arsenal when healthy. The Gunners want Zinchenko to remain their first-choice left-back and are confident that he can overcome his injury issues. Arsenal has no plans to replace him, which has resulted in few conversations about recruiting a replacement left-back.
According to Football Transfers, Zinchenko is on the radar of Bayern Munich and Newcastle United. Both teams are looking for new defenders and regard Zinchenko as the perfect fit to fill a gap in their respective rosters.
While Bayern Munich, as one of Europe’s premier clubs, may make an appealing offer for Zinchenko, Arsenal is determined to do everything in its ability to keep him.
Bayern may attract Zinchenko, but Newcastle should be too little for us to be concerned about because it makes little logic for Zinchenko to leave us and join the Magpies.
