Ex-Orlando Pirates attacker Mahachi suspended by SuperSport United.

The Zimbabwean international is now the most recent player in the Premier League this year to face sanctions from his team.

Forward Kuda Mahachi has been banned by SuperSport United due to what the team called “serious allegations.”

According to Matsatsantsa, the player won’t be permitted to participate in any club football activities and the situation is subject to legal proceedings.

“The player has been immediately suspended by the club from all club football operations. It’s been suggested that he focus on his family and the accusations made against him.

The case is being handled by the legal system. The club will not be commenting more at this time.

The player’s solicitors acknowledged the claims in a letter, but they also alluded to potential legal action against his ex-wife.

Mahachi’s solicitors responded, as reported by B Metro, “You have taken the minor child to the media outlets, sadly claiming that our client is the cause of the child’s ailment in that I burnt the minor child.”

“You have disseminated the false news on a number of media outlets, such as B Metro, Zimpapers, Nehanda, and the Facebook page of Ezra Sibanda, among others.

“All of the aforementioned sites have disseminated false information and harmful content, seriously harming our client’s reputation.

“You have emotionally damaged and humiliated our client by disseminating incorrect information about him. Your false narratives have attempted to paint our client as a cold-blooded killer who has injured his own kid.

“You have once more brought our client much sorrow and anguish, and in doing so, you have badly impacted his play on the pitch as well as our client’s career.

“You have also severely damaged his reputation; you are aware that these accusations are hurtful and will adversely affect his career.”

After Ben Motshwari of the Orlando Pirates and Dumisani Zulu, who has been suspended twice by Kaizer Chiefs, Mahachi is the most recent PSL player to be suspended by a team this season.
