Jarrod Bowen signs new 7-year contract with West Ham to commit future to London club.
LONDON: The Premier League team announced on Sunday that Jarrod Bowen, a winger for West Ham, has agreed to a new seven-year deal that would keep him in east London until 2030.
Bowen, who has become one of West Ham’s most important players, was called back into the England team for the forthcoming games against Italy and Australia.
The 26-year-old has scored 45 goals in 166 appearances for the Hammers since joining from Hull in 2020, including the winner in the Europa Conference League final against Fiorentina in June.
Bowen told the West Ham website, “I’m so pleased to have signed a new long-term contract at West Ham.” “My family and I value this club so much, and I promise to dedicate my future to it until 2030,” the speaker said.
Following West Ham’s 2-2 draw with Newcastle on Sunday, manager David Moyes claimed the club was “very happy” with the contract extension.
“Since being here, he’s done amazing. He keeps getting better, Moyes stated. “If you consider his personal growth, he began his career at Hereford, went to Hull, is currently in the Premier League, and has the opportunity to play for the England team. It is my belief that he will also improve.
