Writing on his personal X account (31 May), the journalist reports that the Toffees are keen on adding the left-back to their squad as Sean Dyche looks to bolster his squad
The Chile international has a contract that run until 2026 and made 40 appearances during the 2023/24 campaign, registering two goals and four assists.
“Toulouse key player Gabriel Suazo attracts interest from Everton,” he wrote.
“The English club could make an offer for the Chilean defender. The TFC wants to keep him. Contract until 2026, value estimated at €5m (£4.2m).”

This summer is going to be very busy at Goodison Park, with exits all but confirmed by Kevin Thelwell already but players will also need to be replaced.
Left-back was a problem position for the Toffees in 2023/24 with Vitalii Mykolenko the only natural option in the role, with Ashley Young and Ben Godfrey filling in over the course of the season.
While Young has been offered a new contract, he will be 39 before the season begins and alternative options should be sought to ensure the squad isn’t left short at any point during the campaign.
Suazo has played regularly in France for the last two seasons after joining from Colo Colo in his native Chile, and has represented the senior national team 24 times.
He brings versatility to be able to play up and down the entire left flank and at just £4.2million it would be shrewd business and perfect competition for Mykolenko to make the squad stronger.
