Kaizer Chiefs edge Mamelodi Sundowns in attacker chase!

It is thought to be advantage Kaizer Chiefs over Mamelodi Sundowns in a race for a top local attacker, according to the latest.

Kaizer Chiefs may be about to beat Mamelodi Sundowns to the signing of an attacking target according to reports.
It is no secret that both Chiefs and Sundowns want to boost their respective attacks ahead of the new season.

A second source backs Chiefs to beat Sundowns to Moremi

“Sundowns were actually the first ones to be linked to Tshepang (Moremi) but for now Kaizer Chiefs look set to overtake them to the deal. The negotiations are apparently going on between the two clubs as Chiefs returned to office on Monday and they made this their priority,” said the source.

AmaZulu’s PRO, Philani Ndlela insists that he has no knowledge of the club engaging with either Chiefs or Sundowns. He refused to rule out the possibility of the chairman of the club heading up negotiations for Moremi.

“For me I don’t know anything at the moment. But maybe it’s talks between the chairman of the two clubs,” said Ndlela.It now remains to be seen if Chiefs or Sundowns signs Moremi at the end of the season.
