Letters to The Mag – Newcastle United fans are now having their say The opinions continue to flow into The Mag, as Newcastle United fans debate the various issues affecting our club.
Whether it is events on or off the pitch, always plenty to talk about.
The 2024/25 Premier League season fast approaching, just over three weeks away now.
Newcastle United fans with the latest collection of opinions below, plus sometimes the odd visitor from elsewhere…
I just wanted to say that the most important person at Newcastle United is Eddie Howe, by far. Unless I suppose you include the club’s owners maybe.
Eddie has worked miracles.
Whilst I would of course be gutted to lose any of Isak, Joelinton, Bruno, Pope, Gordon and so on.
Losing Eddie Howe would be far far worse than any player, if he left the club.
I have just read Jim Robertson’s about potentially playing Premier League matches in USA/overseas and would like to say that I agree 100% with his comments about keeping the Premier League games in England.
However, if Liverpool and Manchester United want to take the Premier League to the USA then arrange for both their home and away fixtures against each other to be played in the USA for 3 seasons and see what reaction they get from their supporters.
They both want it then let them have it.
