The club has taken the decision to close the stand for the pre-season friendlies for operational reasons.
Any wheelchair disabled supporters will still be able to access tickets to the Mortz Stand. Purchase tickets for all three games at the same time and make a saving! Season ticket holders can save 50% on their Chesterfield ticket when buying your FC Halifax Town tickets in the same transaction.
Meanwhile non-season ticket holders can save 20% on their Chesterfield ticket when buying your FC Halifax Town tickets in the same transaction.
Tickets must be for the same stand and same age category across all three games for the discount to apply. Shaymen outplayed as they lose 1-0 at Radcliffe in pre-season friendly
The Shaymen lost here last pre-season too and finished in the play-offs, so drawing too many conclusions from this should be avoided.
But there’s no doubt they will have to play a lot better than this once the season starts against Barnet. Brad Roscoe’s goal came amid a dominant first-half from the hosts, whose lead was never seriously threatened by a tame Town side.
