RAVENS COMPLETE LOAN SIGNING OF DANNY IMRAY

Bromley Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of full-back Danny Imray, who joins on a season-long loan from Premier League side Crystal Palace.The 20-year-old, who celebrates his 21st tomorrow, bagged 23 goals in 11 games for Chelmsford City Under 18’s as an attacking midfielder before moving to a more defensive role.

Imray represented the Eagles at U23’s level and returned to Chelmsford in a loan spell during the 2021/22 season.

When the 2022/23 season came round, Imray was back amongst the goals, netting eight before receiving his first senior nod in a mid-season friendly against Bodo/Glimt where he’d go on to play 45 minutes.

He ended the campaign with nine goals in 36, playing a vital role in helping the young Eagles win the Premier League International Cup at Selhurst Park.

Imray featured against the Ravens in a pre-season friendly last summer against Crystal Palace’s U23 side.Welcome to Hayes Lane, Danny!

A polite reminder, supporters will need to purchase their season tickets or match day tickets within a specific stand.  

The Club currently plan to zone the stadium as below;

Zone 1; Supporters in the East Terrace, Glyn Beverly Stand and West Terrace will enter via Turnstile 1 and have access to the Bear Island Bar, Broomfields Bar & Kitchen and Cookie’s Cabin. 

Zone 2; Supporters in the North Terrace and John Fiorini Stand will enter via Turnstile 2 and have access to Ravens Lounge and The Dave Roberts Tea Hut.  For clarity, supporters will only be permitted to watch a match from the stand or terrace they purchase their season ticket within.  

Post match, access to Broomfields Bar & Kitchen will be made available to all home supporters. Having registered nine goals and 11 assists in 36 appearances for Palace’s Under-21s last season, the full-back will now spend the upcoming campaign developing at the newly promoted League Two side.

The 20-year-old initially joined Palace in February 2021 on a permanent basis from Chelmsford City, returning there on loan in 2021/22.

Imray then made 24 appearances for Palace’s Under-21s side in 2022/23 prior to his strong 2023/24 campaign, which culminated in a mid-season friendly appearance for Oliver Glasner’s senior side against Bodø/Glimt.The club would like to wish Danny well on his loan spell.
