Sheffield United midfielder wanted by Rotherham United
Sheffield United youngster Sydie Peck is wanted on loan by Rotherham United, according to a report by the Rotherham Advertiser.
Sheffield United have a decision to make regarding the immediate future of the midfielder. The Blades are eyeing an immediate promotion back to the Premier League this season under the guidance of Chris Wilder and have four points on the board from their first two fixtures against Preston North End and QPR.
Peck, 19, has played in all three of the Blades’ matches in this campaign. He came off the bench in both of their league outings and featured against Wrexham at home in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
In this latest update regarding his situation in South Yorkshire by the Rotherham Advertiser, he is a target for the Millers. They have until the end of the transfer window next Friday to try and strike a deal for the player.

A loan exit would help him get some regular game time under his belt to boost his development.
Peck rose up through the academy ranks at Arsenal and was a regular for the Premier League side at various different youth levels.
The ex-England youth international moved up north from London in 2021 and has since been on the books of the Blades.
Peck was handed his debut in a league fixture against Brentford last year.
Although he has featured for Wilder’s side so far this term, his chances of nailing down a place in their starting XI are slim.
