Free agent in talks with Championship clubs after West Brom exit
Adam Reach is in talks with ‘several’ Championship clubs following his exit from West Brom at the end of last season, according to Sky Sports.
West Brom cut ties with the player when his contract expired in late June. He has since been weighing up his options as a free agent.
Reach, 31, has a big decision to make on where to go next amid attention from teams in the second tier. He has made 470 appearances in his career to date and has scored 44 goals.
In this latest update regarding his situation by Sky Sports, he is in discussions with some unnamed clubs as he hunts for a new home. The new season is already underway and he will be keen to fix up a move as soon as he can.
The fact he is an unattached player means any potential deal can happen outside the transfer window.

Reach can play at left-back, wing-back or on the wing so his versatility would come in handy for whoever he ends up joining. He is also vastly experienced in the game.
He started his career at Middlesbrough and rose up through the academy ranks there, representing them at various different youth levels.
The ex-England youth international went on to play 78 games for Boro’s first-team as a youngster, as well as having loan spells away at Darlington, Shrewsbury Town, Bradford City and Preston North End to get some experience under his belt.
Sheffield Wednesday came calling in 2016 and he went on to become a key player for the South Yorkshire outfit.
Reach made 230 outings for the Owls and was a great servant to the Hillsborough club, finding the net on 24 occasions. He helped them reach the play-offs twice but they weren’t able to get over the line and into the Premier League.
