American sprint legend Gail Devers has named her dream 4x100m relay team, including reigning world 100m champion Sha’Carri Richardson.
The three-time Olympic champion expressed her love for Sha’Carri Richardson’s stare as she noted that she loves seeing her run the anchor leg in the relays. Gail Devers explained that she would still place the Olympic 100m silver medallist on the anchor leg.
Gail Devers added that she would have multiple world champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce start due to her impressive mastery of getting out of the blocks. Reigning Olympic champion Julien Alfred would run the second leg with Great Britain’s Dina Asher-Smith running the third leg
Gail Devers added that with such a combination, all world records would be in danger and the organisers would have to come up with a new medal for them.
