22 goal contributions target hoping for Orlando Pirates offer!.
An Orlando Pirates striker target with 11 goals and 11 assists so far this season is hoping the Soweto giants come calling for his services!
It’s thought that Orlando Pirates are prepared to search for a new striker during the off-season.
Andy Boyeli of the DRC is reportedly under attack by pirates, but it doesn’t appear to be enough.
Along with their bitter rivals Kaizer Chiefs, they are also said to be contenders for Ivorian striker Freddy Michael Kouablan. The just ended January transfer window saw the club in action. Bienvenu Eva Nga was freed after Pirates lured in others like Thabiso Lebitso and Talent Mbatha. Then, Thembinkosi Lorch, a club mainstay, may have been the largest departure. The playmaker surprised the Mamelodi Sundowns opponents on deadline day by sealing a transfer.
It was reported just last week that they were keeping an eye on Tremaine Eastmond and experienced Swati goal machine Sabelo Ndzinisa. Stephane Aziz Ki, the star of Young Africans (Yanga), has also piqued the curiosity of pirates.
A “come and get me plea” has now been sent to pirates by one of those possible targets in Ndzinisa.
NDZINISA WAITING FOR PIRATES TO PHONE
Since I haven’t heard anything official from anybody yet, I suppose that may be a positive thing if the pirate rumors are accurate. When it happens, you can’t avoid it. I believe it may be discussed, ideally after the game on Sunday,” Ndzinisa told KickOff.com in response to the rumors.
A SECTION OF THE LINE REFRESH FORWARD?
With 11 goals and 11 assists in the previous campaign, Ndzinisa topped the Swati rankings as well. You can thus understand why Pirates would be interested in him despite his age given the kind of consistency he has shown. It is still to be seen which strikers the team decides to let go of and which ones they decide to sign over the off-season. It’s thought that people like Kermit Erasmus, Souaibou Marou, and Zakhele Lepasa may have to make way.
