BEREA, OHIO– With the 2023-24 regular season nearly done, the Cleveland Browns know who their opponents will be in 2024. After playing nine home games in 2023, the Browns will play eight home games and nine away games in 2024.

The Steelers, Bengals, and Ravens will all play in Cleveland, as will the Chiefs, Chargers, Cowboys, Giants, and Dolphins.

Aside from the three AFC North opponents, the Browns will face the Commanders, Broncos, Raiders, Eagles, Jaguars, and Saints on the road.

Because three AFC North teams make the playoffs, the Browns will play eight games against playoff opponents in 2023.

CINCINNATI, OHIO – The Cleveland Browns travel to Houston on a low note after being trounced 31-14 by the Cincinnati Bengals in the regular season finale. The Bengals used their starters, and Joe Mixon scored two first-quarter touchdowns to help the Bengals jump out to a 14-0 lead, which they extended to 31-0 until the Browns scored two late touchdowns to win 31-14.

The Browns finish the regular season 11-6 and progress to the playoff wild card round next weekend. The Bengals complete the regular season 9-8 and out of the playoffs.

The Browns will quickly forget about the Bengals and turn their attention to the Texans for their first playoff game since the 2020 season. Saturday at 4:30 p.m., the Browns and Texans will kick off the postseason.

On Christmas Eve, the Browns defeated the Texans 36-22, but rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud did not play due to a concussion. The Texans were also missing several key players, including No. 3 overall pick defensive end Will Anderson. The Texans defeated the Colts 23-19 on Saturday to improve to 10-7 and win the AFC South with the Jaguars’ 28-20 loss to the Titans.

Rest vs. Rust: The Browns rested nearly all of their starters on both sides of the ball, and it showed as the Browns’ No. 1 defense surrendered three touchdowns on their first four possessions.
