Morgan Whittaker is a target for Rangers this summer, with Plymouth Argyle likely to be tested multiple times with bids for their star player from across Europe.

The winger has been the subject of interest from Scottish side Rangers previously, with the latest from the Daily Record revealing that the Scottish giants had seen a bid in excess of £7 million rejected for Plymouth’s attacker.
As well as Rangers rekindling their interest in Whittaker in this transfer window, there are other sides showing interest in signing the 23-year-old.
It was also reported by Football Insider recently that Premier League duo Wolverhampton Wanderers and Brentford are ready to battle to sign the winger, alongside the likes of VfB Stuttgart and Celta Vigo.
Serie A giants Lazio have also reignited their interest in the player after seeing a £8.5 million bid turned down by Plymouth in the January transfer window.
The club’s hopes of beating the drop may depend on whether they are able to keep hold of Whittaker, who has been a shining light for the side ever since he joined the club from Swansea City on an initial loan basis.
