Everton are back in play at Goodison Park after some moderately hopeful news this week, still hunting for their first Premier League home win in 2024, as well as their first win of any sort since mid-December.

According to Sean Dyche’s pre-match news conference on Thursday afternoon, the Blues’ midfield could be weak, with both Amadou Onana and Idrissa Gana Gueye questionable due to groyne concerns.

McNeil and Harrison will almost certainly play on the wings, with Garner and Doucoure partnering with the fitter of the two doubts: Gueye or Onana. I would say Gueye is more likely.
